“Loved the ease of being able to register, sign documents and pay online for a unit for our Lincoln Park Farmers Market. Easy access to the unit as well via a text message!”
“Justin(Manager) was very professional and friendly. Very transparent transaction regarding, cost, insurance and payments. This place was the cleanest and newer than others. Love that is accessible 24/7 and appears to be very safe. Highly recommend!”
“I had an amazing move-in experience thanks to Kate! She was extremely helpful, patient, and showed me several different units to make sure I found the right fit. She even checked on the unit to ensure it was spotless before I officially moved in. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made all the difference. Definitely ask for Kate if you come here!”
“This place is so clean and nice! It has super easy access, indoor and outdoor. Dollys to help move your stuff and again its so clean. Moving this time has been one issue after another so I thought finding the right storage space would also be a hassle. I was so wrong! Customer service was outstanding!
Andy got me in and out within 20 minutes! So nice and down to earth, walked me through to the storage unit and went over all the information clearly and quickly. Im so glad I went here first. Thank you Andy! Your awesome!
UPDATE: Its is now December 2025, Ashley just made my day ! Wonderful easy customer service and she saved me alot of worry. Changed my unit to a more appropriate size for my current needs and got everything switched in less then 10 minutes. I have always had a great experience here. The ppl are wonderful, the facility is clean, safe, and easy to access. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ashley!!!”

“Have been satisfied with establishment but I have been there many years and after this long you should give people a break when there is a rate change. They should be allowed to keep the lower rates occasionally”
“Nice place and location for storage. Friendly and clean. I would have given five stars but the rent went up excessively the last couple years which was one of the reasons I moved out.”
“Great service! I had to move to another state 800 miles away, my workplace offered relocation package with Corrigan moving systems responsible for packing and moving my stuff away.
Aaron, Alante, and Eric showed up to do the job. They were very polite, on time, and professional. They know how to do the job properly and were quick in packing all my stuff. I’m really pleased with the service they provided. Definitely recommend.”

“Extremely pleased with our interstate move experience as a result of their driver & lead mover Lonmetrious. He completed the second half (moving from storage in one state to our home in a new state). Everything arrived in-tact with no damage. Lonmetrious was courteous, worked swiftly and showed a lot of care. Highly recommend.”

“Self storage of Melvin Dale is an ideal place to store your belongings. Because they are clean. They have a clean restroom. They're hospitable. They're reasonable and I suggest if you're looking for a place to store your stuff in a safe clean environment. Use self storage of Melbourne Dale. Should I put my name?”
