“I had a great experience at National! I needed a rental because my car was in the repair shop and I needed to drive my elderly aunt for a surgery. I rented a minivan and drove it for a day and realized my aunt wouldn't be able to get into it safely because of her limited mobility. National readily agreed to let me make a swap. I got a vehicle with a more manageable entry for my aunt and was very satisfied with the assistance I got. Everyone I spoke to wass courteous, friendly and helpful.”

The process was slow but the lady did an amazing job working alone. I waited a little over an hour because of the long line. The car was great and the price was great. “It was a great experience from Alec at the car rental ( who did a great job ) to the drop off person ( I don't know her name ) unfortunately. The time before this was through another car rental at Detroit Metro Airport they were absolutely horrible swore I would never use them again so this time I liked the reviews at Enterprise and went with Enterprise and what a good move that was.
I would highly recommend Enterprise to all who need a rental and believe me they are now my first rental car company.
