“This is a great family owned local neighborhood hardware store. I went to two major chain hardware stores (Ace Hardware and Home Depot) first in an attempt to get a specific key copied but neither one carried the key template to make the key.Ironically, the Home Depot store employee recommended that I try Miller's Pro Hardware right down the street and I'm glad I did. Miller's Pro Hardware was able to make copies of my key for me (in less than 5 minutes) and provided phenomenal customer service in the process. From now on, I'm going to Miller's first.”

“Saved my butt when I snapped off a bolt for a 2013 Nissan control arm. Dealership said 5 days special order, Fastenal doesn't carry fine thread metric stock, but Acme had an M12x1.25 100mm bolt, the correct balljoint pinch bolts and an M12x1.25 tap, all for less than $20! Got that car back on the road the same afternoon, thanks fellas!”

“This is quite honestly the best small hardware store I have ever been in. It’s kind of a bohemian place but the workers will take care of you. They worked with my spanish and got me exactly what I needed. The owner, Dave got me a diverter the whole city didn’t have. His knowledge in stems is unmatched. Guys treated me with respect and, helped me get everything I needed. Very professional. I recommend to every person who speaks spanish and doesn’t know what that piece you are looking for is called. You can even get a copy of your keys made for less than a dollar. They also sell Bird's. They sale everything in their I was shocked it was like a little stuffy home Depot. Very quint not spacious but they have it all.”

The younger guy who works there is very friendly and helpful but that other guy at the register was not friendly nor was he helpful so that’s why they are only being rated a 4.”
