“This is by far my favorite Metro location. I've been to many different locations over the years and so many just rip you off, you're stuck waiting forever, they're constantly trying to upsell, etc. At this location they are totally up front, they tell you exactly how much everything is, which matches the listed prices, there's no hidden unpleasant surprises - they tell you the activation price, phone, service, etc. Not only that, they always let me know when there's a promotion that's applicable, and I've gotten some great deals. They're always very professional, timely, and efficient. 10/10”

“Even with the rain affecting their computer systems/internet, Isaiah and the district manager, Mayo, who was visiting the store, very efficiently helped me upgrade my father's lost phone and my mother's kind-of busted-open phone. There weren't phone cases on the floor for the precise phones I wanted, but I didn't want to buy the phones without cases -- and Isaiah didn't want me to either, so he scoured the stockroom until he found what I needed. And then when it was time to set up the new phones and it was taking a very long time on my mother's busted phone, Mayo and Isaiah did some real troubleshooting, even temporarily shutting down the display phones to maximize bandwidth available for the transfer of data from one phone to the other.Both Mayo and Isaiah were friendly and professional and made sure I understood how the protection plan worked, including payment of the deductible.Excellent service and they patiently showed me how to do things like reduce the number of notifications my parents, senior citizens, had to hear on their phones.Location: They're next to the gas station at the southwest corner of Schaefer and W. McNichols (6 Mile).”

“Layth is seriously the best! I was in MI for vacation and my phone broke completely. Since I work from my phone it was imperative that I get a new one STAT! I must also mention I was looking to get out of my Tmobile plan, so Layth took the reigns and totally took care of me. In a matter of 30 minutes, had me signed up with a new Sprint plan with 2 brand new iphones, screen protectors.. the works! This plan is the same price as I currently pay except I didn't have all the bells and whistles like FREE HULU! I called to thank Layth later for making this all a very painless and fast process. He told me I also received 2 $100 gift cards for switching.
