Lived at the Griswold for a year and cannot say enough good things about it! Excellent location and views. In unit washer/dryer, additional storage and parking on site was huge and is a rare find downtown. Not to mention, Terrell and Chantal always went above and beyond to make it feel like home!

Thank you Chantal and Terrell for going the extra mile during my stay. Couldn’t ask for more while living in Detroit. Some of the best views and location is perfect.

Chantal and Terrell make the place a home. As do the neighbors under Colleen’s command at the Park Rite in the building below. If life were fair, these folks would all get a raise.
