“I've never experienced anything less than PROFESSIONALISM from every employee in this store. This is a big deal to me because I have a form of autism that can make it hard to act in ways that society deems NORMAL. Today the symptoms of my aspergers syndrome flared up in the store but the employees here were very understanding and patient and compassionate. Today I was helped out by Serena. “I had an extremely unusual request in that the letter “R” came off from the Predator logo in the front of my gaming monitor. Mark was able to understand my request and send me the small front part of the monitor which had the logo for me to replace. Extremely satisfied with the outcome of my request.”
“Stopped into the St. John MI store to check on a phone concern and possibly an update to my phone. Was told by the Manager and a counter girl that they didn't carry any Android phones in the store, only IPhones. They gave me a website to check out for an Android replacement phone. Told me to bring the phone in WHEN I got it, and they would set it up if I couldn't. WTH? So what a relief to go to another location and not getting blown off because I didn't want an IPhone. Joe and Jade were great to work with and got me into a new Android phone I felt comfortable with. I didn't even have to go online to a website to find a new phone! They had them right it stock! Purchased a new Galaxy S23 FE and so far very happy with it. Thank you T Mobile St. Johns for making a bad situation a win!”
