“We needed assistance for our packages, and advice in best ways of sending them securely...they were able to correct the zip codes and then corrected any problems that could have occurred. Packages were confirmed delivered on time and secured.”

“The staff uniformly great race n, snow, sleet, sun. But the closing hour is 5 pm and is not 6 pm as you might hear. Any day it is open it now is closing by 5 pm (and some days earlier). Also there is a lunch break. See details on a sign at the building.”

“I’m updating this because Kee was so awesome today! I’ve had a postage issue for months that she helped me get resolved and then she made sure I had all the information I need to make sure it doesn’t happen again in the future!”

“Am I putting a review here because I’m not from the area and I was looking for a post office. The person that helped me was very nice and had no issues with that. My biggest issue is there is no sign that I could find that identified the building as an actual post office. The side of the building does say United States post office but it’s obscured from the street so you can’t actually see it unless you’re in a truck or something that you’re elevated enough off the street to be able to actually read it. other than that, everything else was fine from the 30 seconds that I was in the building.”

315 West Allegan Street Ste A, Lansing MI 48933
“I went in today to finish setting up my PO Box and wasn't very sure what I was doing. Clarissa and Meka were working and were awesome. They were super helpful, patient, and a lot of fun to talk with. I left feeling confident about everything and felt really supported because of them. They are great employees and you should give them both a big raise.”

6101 W Michigan Ave, Lansing MI 48917
“They are closed for lunch daily from 1pm-3pm so don't show up during that time to retrieve a package. Only able to drop off mail in the bins seeing as they do not have the means to process payments for any type of transaction. Should not expect to retrieve a package unless you received a notice from your postman stating the package can be picked up from here.”

3285 Express Court, Lansing MI 48910
“I have been there several times and they have always resolved any issues I've had. There are times that they do get really busy and that can take quite a bit longer but I usually have problems within minutes at this facility. Very helpful and good communication with employees making decisions to seek help here since I live very close to it.”
