“This is for February 2026. Mighty slippery out where I live. Little roads with somewhat steep sides where etc edge of the road can be buried under snow and you don't know quite where it is. I slipped down one side of the road, sideways - into the ditch. No getting out. Tow truck came and rescued me. Snow was packed into all the wheel wells. Had to go to Sesi Mazda.
Doug, (service manager explained things in understandable ways - again greatly appreciated). Showed me where the snow had caked into ice. Explained possibilities, including wheel align. Price was Ok with me. He'd call if more was found. Nothing was. Work was done wonderfully and in a timely fashion.
Car nicely washed before I left - it always is. . Excellent place, Sesi Mazda. Doug is superb Repair Shop Manager. I trust him and Sesi completely. Been going there for six years.”

“My hood latch cable snapped this winter and I couldn’t get it open by myself, despite being able to see the latch release behind my front grille. After bring quoted $650 at the Subaru dealership and over $1k at Convenience Auto on Liberty, I took it to Dylan. They were able to get it done for $90 within 24h with the new OEM hood latch and cable I had purchased myself. They were professional and respectful, and I’m pleased with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend!”

“Working with Gerber Collision & Glass was great. They worked directly with my insurance company (Allstate). The staff member at the front desk (Quinton) was able to quickly give an estimate and followed up to get the work scheduled. The work was done quickly and they communicated throughout the process. The damaged area looks like new. Hopefully won’t need their services again, but if I did, I’d definitely use their services again.”

“I been going here for about 35 years or so, back when they were Carquest. I was concerned about the buy out. But I have to say, they still go above and beyond and run it like a quality professional parts store. I needed puller to pull a seal. Apparently the one they had was already loaned out. They actually grabbed a brand new one from the back and opened it up a loaned it out to me, and this was before I mentioned needing any more parts. This is above and beyond what they needed to do. I could have simply tried some other parts stores to see if anyone had one available. Plus they were closing in a few minutes. This is why I shop their whenever possible. They take care of their customers. I don't have a problem getting the wrong parts, and they carry quality parts at competitive prices. Even when I was doing work for other people, this was where I got my parts. My time is important and theirs nothing worse then tearing apart somones vehicle but having the wrong parts or cheap parts that fail. IT's no surprise they have such a good rating on here. Thank you Pinckney Adv Auto, you guys are the best.”
“I stopped by their shop today without an appointment to get a quote for some potential body work. They quickly looked at it and fixed it. Fortunately, it was mainly some paint that had to be removed. Perhaps a slight dent but they recommended not to fix it. I greatly appreciate their honesty and quick response. I have used them before and will continue to recommend and use them.”

“Car quest is the perfect store If you need to change the oil in your car yourself. They have everything from car lightbulbs to ratchets. It is a perfect little auto store. If you need to pick anything up for maintenance on your car. I highly suggest it 9 out of 10.”
“Had an issue with my rear windshield repair from a different company, called Don and asked if they could put the car back together. Don said bring it in and will take a look. They started working on it right away, and had the issue resolved in a couple hours. Very grateful for their customer service, and car knowledge.”

“I'm so glad we have this store in Dexter! They're always helpful, and otherwise we'd have a long drive to get things auto-related. I want to particularly commend Kevin who helped me on June 2. I needed a new headlight bulb (headlamp? - what do I know!). I didn't have a clue how to go about installing it. Kevin figured out the several steps, which were tricky and took some finesse, installed it, only to find out I'd told him the WRONG headlight! He put it all back and repeated everything on the other headlight with not only narry a word or hint of annoyance but with genuine good humor. Wow! Thanks!”
