“The rooms are small, but clean and somewhat updated. Felt more like a corporate Airbnb than a motel. Great value at the price. I handled checking in and out on my phone with no interactions with management. My only complaint would be the strong advertising of a hot tub, but in the app we booked the room in, it did not specify that the hot tub was seasonal. We were very disappointed in this strong advertising. Otherwise, great experience.”

“This was our first trip to the Saugatuck area, so wanted a place to stay that balanced cost and location. We feel this motel did that nicely.
The rooms are super clean, fresh and well equipped. The property itself is well kept and fresh feeling. Location was close enough to downtown Saugatuck without the congestion, yet was walkable to Outside Coffee, Douglas Beach and Saugatuck Brewery (the walk back from there may not be as easy!).”

“We had a fabulous Thanksgiving feast! Our table was waiting, the brie cheese appetizer was delicious, our plated meals were perfect sized portions and amazing. Loved the different selections available! Last but not least, our server, Sage, was friendly and accommodating! 5 star experience!”
