“I happened to come here on a Sunday. There were 2 washers and 4 dryers. I was greeted when I walked in here from the door. If you're looking for food, they have a Subway and a Hardes. The bathroom was clean and there's plenty of parking lot.”
“I have been a fan of Meijer Stores my entire adult life, and have patronized the Grand Ledge store since it first opened. I never felt any competitor stores could match them, but with the most recent changes I feel they have given up a lot. The wider aisles generally have meant less product choice or no longer carrying some products at all. I have made several evening trips recently with purchases totaling over $300 each time, and have been forced to use a self-checkout because they had no one available to run a register. While the door greeters are nice people , I would far more appreciate having enough cashiers working than having someone saying "hello" or "good bye". I am not ready yet to take all of my business elsewhere, but I get far better checkout service from ALDI and even Wal-Mart, and am starting to spread my purchases more. It is a competitive business and they are just following the trends, but they need to do more to retain us loyal customers. We will vote with our feet.”

“The girls that work there are saviors. Randy, Megan , Nicole and Angel were so supportive when I pulled in with a flat tire. They treat to help me change it and when lug nuts wouldn't budge , they Called for help. Then gave us free refreshments too. Words cannot describe the appreciation that I have for them. This was Johnny's off 69 at Grand Ledge exit. Love them!!!!”

“This review is strictly regarding Shawna, not the store. We were on my way home from vacation and my wife and mother in-law went a separate way to go shopping. I didn't realize until I needed fuel, that me and the kids were 1.5 hours away from home and about the same distance away from my wife, who had my wallet in her car. I had less than an 1/8th of a tank of gas with a 2 year old and a 7 year old in a very hot day, just trying to make it back home. I went inside to ask if the gas station accepts Cash App, and unfortunately they didn't. Shawna looked outside and saw my kids in the car and offered me $20 to put gas in the car and make it back home, and if that wasn't enough she offered more. We figured out how to pay her through my phone app, but the gesture was an unbelievable moment. All Shawna asked was for me to pay it forward. I've never been in a situation like that before, but Shawna got my kids home that day. Citgo, Shawna needs to be recognized for being an amazing person. She knows the regular customers and treated me like family even though she's never met me before. If your team members are willing to help strangers, imagine what they do for the regular customers. Please recognize her however you feel appropriate, but it is well deserved and she should feel valued. Thank you Shawna! This gesture meant the world to me. Blessed, Matt.”

Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.Credit Union machine and a Bitcoin machine are both located here as well.Next door is a laundromat that mimics the hours of operation. Last load is 2 hours before closing.It's a shame this place isn't 24 hour anymore.”

“5 stars is for the lunch style pizza. If your local to the area I think stampers lunch pizza is hands down better that Fabs pizza down the road.Not a fan at all of the breakfast pizza or breakfast sandwich. Breakfast burritos are a hit or miss. Wish they would have the lunch style pizza available in the morning.”
