“I came in on June 5th for an oil change and left with something I didn’t expect; a little piece of my heart. The technicians discovered dog treats tucked under my hood, stashed there by a squirrel or mouse who had apparently helped themselves to my late Yorkie Winston’s treats. When they told me, I just had to see them, and they were so kind about it. One of the gentlemen even took off his rubber gloves before taking my phone to snap a photo for me so he wouldn’t get oil on it. That small gesture meant the world to me. They didn’t have a ShopVac attachment long enough to reach them, so he picked each one out individually with a long grabby tool. I’m certain most other shops wouldn’t have even mentioned it.
As it turned out, that same critter had chewed through my air filter and needed to be replaced, and they actually gave me a discount on it since the damage was caused by an animal. They handled everything efficiently, explained it clearly, and the whole team was warm and professional from start to finish. This is the kind of place where they treat you like a person, not just a car. I’ll definitely be back.”

“I had purchased tires from this Walmart Auto Care Center not that long ago. I woke up today with a flat tire. The team at this Walmart was able to get me in today and get my tire repaired. I have been using this Walmart for my oil changes for about the last 20 years. They always do a great job. I highly recommend checking them out.”
