As a female, I'm used to auto-parts/ care places trying to get extra money out of me because they think I don't understand how cars work, not here!! I went in and relayed the terrible experience I had just had at autozone and they understood my concern and told me that for the part I was looking for they actually recommend cheaper prices! Auto zone is double if not triple the price of Auto Value and I will never go anywhere else for car parts again!!”

“This was an incredible shop to work with. I had originally taken my car to the dealership to get an estimate for my collision as it was fairly minor, and I was potentially not going to submit an insurance claim. The dealership I have been taking my car to for years for oil changes, tires, etc. refused to look at my car to give me an estimate, even though I would have been taking my car to them for repairs. I ended up contacting Tripp's to see if they could at least give me an estimate even if I was unsure if I would be taking my car to them for repairs. They got me in the same day with no commitments to having repairs done there.

I ended up filing an insurance claim and was able to work with Tripp's for my repairs. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and wanting the best for me and my car. I seriously could not have gotten luckier with going to them. They also covered to cost of my deductible, so after all the repairs I owed nothing! I could not recommend this place enough - they were phenomenal!”

He helped me choose the wipers, helped me understand the warranty, reminded me about wiper fluid, and made me feel safe and secure!
