She deserves a raise the way she helped me through getting an upgrade with me being dyslexic and having my autistic niece with me. I know we were a handful to deal with and she took her time and explained everything in detail.. I've never had a stress free transaction like that with any phone company every..”

“Bruce was my hero today!! I appreciate him helping me with my service plan!He really showed his expertise today. I definitely will be coming back in the future.Kudos to you, Bruce !!”
“I’m not sure who their names were but a male manager that usually work in Owosso and a young female that is still new. Both were absolutely wonderful and empathetic. I’ve been without data for a week. I’ve done everything, spoken with customer service, and had just left the corporate store with a phone in worse condition than when I went in.
Both listened and did some troubleshooting and investigating into what the problem could be. Eventually they found an add on in my account that was blocking all data.
I will definitely be back when I’m ready to upgrade my device. Thank you both for your help today. If someone from the store reads this and can tell me their names I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to go back and deal with them directly.”
“Hakeem was extremely helpful. He laid out all my options and gave me the best scenario to save money and get the best phone. He was awesome and truly appreciated his help. Efficient, smart, great guy.”
“Phoenix is an exemplary employee and should be the model for any of your storefronts. He is to be commended and if it was in my power to do so that man would be getting a raise. He is going to do nothing but bring lots of good business to your company. He handled things professionally, with exuberance, and just wanted to help. He is proud of his job and his company.”

“I can't say enough great things about Erica, the Manager at the Trowbridge Road company store.
We had an issue with some new iPhones that had been assigned the wrong numbers, and Erica really worked to help us get the problem resolved. It ended up taking about three hours and involved several different AT&T departments—something we would never have been able to navigate through ourselves.
At the same time, she was communicating with and managing at least four different groups, all dealing with complicated issues that would have frazzled a lesser employee. She stayed patient, kept working on it, and never became overwhelmed by the situation.
She also stayed past the store's closing time to help another couple who had their own unique issues, making sure they would be able to use their phones rather than having to wait another day.
A great worker with an even greater work ethic, Erica is truly a gem for AT&T. We really appreciated everything she did to help us.
Thank you, Erica!”
