“I’m not sure who their names were but a male manager that usually work in Owosso and a young female that is still new. Both were absolutely wonderful and empathetic. I’ve been without data for a week. I’ve done everything, spoken with customer service, and had just left the corporate store with a phone in worse condition than when I went in.
Both listened and did some troubleshooting and investigating into what the problem could be. Eventually they found an add on in my account that was blocking all data.
I will definitely be back when I’m ready to upgrade my device. Thank you both for your help today. If someone from the store reads this and can tell me their names I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to go back and deal with them directly.”
