Donald has genuinely changed my entire perspective on T-Mobile. There was a point when I wasn’t completely sure about staying with the company long-term, but the level of service, patience, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care Donald has consistently shown completely changed that.
He doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another customer or another transaction. He takes the time to listen, explain your options, answer questions, and make sure you actually understand what you’re getting. Most importantly, he makes you feel like your business is truly valued.
Because of Donald, I’ve remained locked in with T-Mobile, and that says a lot. Great products and pricing are important, but having someone who builds trust and creates a great customer experience is what ultimately keeps people loyal to a company.
Donald represents exactly what customer service should look like. T-Mobile is fortunate to have someone who understands that relationships and trust are just as important as making the sale.

“Super helpful staff. They helped me set up my free phone and i got a great unlimited plan i can afford without hidden fees. This is a great local phone store. It took me less ten minutes to find a phone and leave with it working. I was really impressed by their product knowledge and how fast they got to everybody in the store.”
“I’m not sure who their names were but a male manager that usually work in Owosso and a young female that is still new. Both were absolutely wonderful and empathetic. I’ve been without data for a week. I’ve done everything, spoken with customer service, and had just left the corporate store with a phone in worse condition than when I went in.
Both listened and did some troubleshooting and investigating into what the problem could be. Eventually they found an add on in my account that was blocking all data.
I will definitely be back when I’m ready to upgrade my device. Thank you both for your help today. If someone from the store reads this and can tell me their names I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to go back and deal with them directly.”

“My modem went bad because it was old. I went into the store to switch it out When a storm hit. They were still able to help me in the middle of a tornado. I had to go back the next day because there were still connectivity issues with the box They were able to connect it for me. I definitely recommend going into the store over calling anyone.”

I met with Garry at 6:41p (right before close), desperate, in need of a phone plan and something affordable stat as my sim card purchase wasn't compatible with my phone. He made suggestions on how to get it in my car and really worked hard to make it happen! He was also very knowledgeable on helping me select just the right TV and accessories and was super patient when other customers in line got super annoying and when my debit was having issues at point of sale! “I can't say enough great things about Erica, the Manager at the Trowbridge Road company store.
We had an issue with some new iPhones that had been assigned the wrong numbers, and Erica really worked to help us get the problem resolved. It ended up taking about three hours and involved several different AT&T departments—something we would never have been able to navigate through ourselves.
At the same time, she was communicating with and managing at least four different groups, all dealing with complicated issues that would have frazzled a lesser employee. She stayed patient, kept working on it, and never became overwhelmed by the situation.
She also stayed past the store's closing time to help another couple who had their own unique issues, making sure they would be able to use their phones rather than having to wait another day.
A great worker with an even greater work ethic, Erica is truly a gem for AT&T. We really appreciated everything she did to help us.
