“Mark at Primart = Certified Gas Station Rockstar
We rolled into the Primart station in Eau Claire on a mission — snacks, vibes, and a truly questionable amount of lottery tickets. And standing behind the counter like a golden-haired guardian angel… was MARK.
Blonde. Majestic locks. Customer-service charisma turned all the way up.
This man didn’t just ring us up — he made us feel like VIPs at the world’s finest convenience store. We dropped about $200 on lotto tickets, had an absolute blast talking with him, and felt so good about the whole experience that we came BACK an hour later to cash in and buy even more.
Did we return because of our winnings?
Sure.
Did we also return because Mark radiates “lucky charm energy”?
Absolutely.
If we ran a business, we’d draft him first round — no hesitation. He’s quick, personable, hilarious, and makes the whole place feel like your neighborhood hangout instead of just a gas station.
Primart — do not let this man go.
Wrap his name tag in bubble wrap and put him on the Employee Hall of Fame wall.
Only note: pizza could level up a bit — but when the service is this good, we’re mostly here for the tickets, the laughs, and Mark’s golden-retriever-positive-vibes.
We’ll definitely be back —
for more tickets…
more winnings…
and most importantly…
more Mark.”

“The Indian/American CITIZENS who bought the place from the long time previous owners are awesome. This is not one of the chain stores in the area, but is a husband/wife run business, with occasional help from their sons. Good people, nice place. I purposely stop there. The Pokagon area needs this store.”

“I have only been in this state for 4 months. And yes the store has changed a whole lot since I first started going there. Friendly atmosphere, great prices and most of all very close from where I live and now I’m working there. ???”

“Don't let the slightly rough exterior of this shop deter you. This is an excellent, honest mechanic. He and his team work fast and charge fair prices. I was stranded, on the highway, a complete stranger, 3 hours from home, and managed to limp to this shop. The owner and his team, bent over backwards, even staying after closing, to diagnose the problem, hunt down and get the necessary part, and get me back on the road and home safely. I'm so thankful and so impressed! Wish I was local. They would be my new mechanics!”

“🙁 why did the Shell company change its name to something new? I can’t remember. I know I’ve got a bill to pay, but I can’t find where to go to to pay it. Can you help me? Thank you for all of your wonderful service there. I always shop at Shell on Napier.”

“There's a friendly little gas station/convenience store just off the Interstate Hwy 94/ State Hwy 31 bypass exit 13 in the little country Village of Berrien Springs, Michigan. There's actually a Seventh-day Adventist University in Berrien Springs though. Lots of international students make it a very interesting community! BP is a great rest stop from your road trip. Two booths can seat up to 12. Great Coffee Bar, freshly brewed every hour or so. Gigantic wall-to-wall Beverage Cooler. Everything from 99 cent Bottled Water to pricey Brut Champagne and popular Beers. Selection of tasty Sandwiches. Microwave Oven. Snacks. Candy. Basic Automotive Supplies. Gas prices vary.”

“Getting back in town late from working at a job site out of town this is usually the only store that's open, thank god, I usually see some entertaining people that late at night LOL”

“This store could get a 5 star if they took better control of their parking. While there really isn't a way to control what the customers do, they certainly can fix the employee's parking. Most small businesses don't think about a vehicle bigger than the normal car.”

“Every little knick-knack and item you may need in the convenience spot, not to mention all the lovely ladies that continue to give great customer service and even better conversation”

“Staff is friendly and engaging.Gas prices are usually the cheapest in town and almost always cheaper than the Phillips 66 down the road.Accessibility to the store is quick and easy thanks to a prime corner location so easy in and easy out if you know the traffic lights. Decent hot and ready food selection as well as a nice selection of cold foods.”

“Apparently under new management. New owner says he's trying his best to turn around the place. It used to be dingy and dimly lit. Now it's super clean and well lit. They have been building up a frozen food section and are supposedly working on getting cold beer too. Friendly guy working the place.”

“This place is freaking awesome. There’s a Chinese buffet and Burlington Coat Factory within walking distance. And they did a cash advance for free for me. I highly recommend taking a 34 hour reset here oh yeah and there’s a Walmart close by. But I wouldn’t do a lot of shopping because it is a little bit of a walk”

“This site is located in Walgreens in Delran at the photo counter. Wait for FedEx to contact you if you requested this site AFTER a first attempt, which could be days!!”

“I didn't have any problems filling up gas except that the pump was out of receipt paper. I was able to get one printed by the person running the register inside.”

“I've come to this truck stop for gas and food many times over the years. They have all the basic things you expect from a gas station, decent bathrooms, and I believe evem showers for the truckers. They sell their own brand of pizza, which is actually not bad. I'd even argue it's better than the pizza at Casey's General Store. If gas station food isn't your jam, there is a Wendy's attached. They used to be called Flying Jay, but changed the name to Pilot maybe a little less than 10 years ago. I think Flying Jay Truck Stops still exist but Pilot is owned by the same company. I only say it still exists because the pizza boxs say both names on the box. I will also say, they do tend to have fairly clean bathrooms and the staff has never been rude. I also like that they sell dvds here, as it's where I bought the bulk of my Criminal Minds dvds.”
