I needed to get a counter check but I used the wrong terminology and she patiently asked me questions to figure out what I needed. Once she figured that out she continued to help me and I was so grateful she asked me is there anything else she can do for me and I told her I had to get money out of the money machine and I will come back to her because my money was in a different bank she was so knowledgeable that she informed me that she could help me out and take the funds out of the other bank right at the window with my bank card she saved me so much time because of all her efforts and her knowledge of your bank procedures and products she saved me a lot of time. One flaw is the grosse ile branch isn't always open Saturday, I was here this past Saturday and no one was there, closed, and no one was working the drive thru. “I've been a member of DFSB for over 60 years. We've had mortgages with this institution. The staff at all locations have always been professional, efficient and friendly. The branch on Telegraph Road is convenient and the parking lot is spacious. I haven't used the drive-thru service in many years, but I appreciated it when I had an elderly mother or my young children in the vehicle with me. I like using local businesses.
