Both Moe and Nissant are very friendly and took care of me for my cell phone screen, microphone, and the black box for t.v. including understanding the remote. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely recommend for your electronic needs. TV and couches in the waiting room so you can relax while waiting for your repairs. Awesome experience I'll never forget. “So I had an issue with installing AT&T fiber that NO ONE on the phone could solve, so I decided to go to the nearest AT&T store. Dominic, the store manager, went above and beyond to fix my issue. I have been on the phone with at&t for the last few days with no progress. He followed up for me since the visit to make sure I get fiber. I finally do have it installed, so I hope he gets the commission associated with it because everyone else at AT&T that I did speak to has, for lack of better words, pretty useless, because they had me go around in circles and stressed me out for about a week. Highly highly recommend going here for complicated issues that need resolution.”

“I’ve been dealing with this location for 1 years. They aren’t looking for those crazy small fees. I needed to activate a phone for three days. Basically, just to get past my two step verification. The phone didn’t even have a working sim card. Moe, knew I’ve been waiting on my I Phone for two weeks. He did everything possible to save me money and make sure l had a working phone by the time l left. Those guys up there are legit. They not only helped us purchase a phone, they noticed I wasn't receiving equipment credits on my account, called and fixed many issues with my account and also got me signed up for a better plan at a lower rate. “Gus was on time to open store. I needed a replacement phone. I have an Apple but it was lost and I was waiting for the recovery time to expire so I could use my new phone. I'd been out of a phone for five days and decided to go into metro to get a new line. I didnt know but my Mother experienced a medical emergency my husband works nights so i had no idea She'd had a stroke. I was in a rush to get to the hospital and I needed to get in and out . Gus was knowledgeable understanding courteous and professional. The price was right and with a Samsung 17 I was shocked that the price was so low. Even lower than my deductible with AppleCare. Thanks to Metro I was able to call my Grandmother and allow her to talk to my Mother which had just had a stroke. Thanks Metro PCS and Gus you came through like a true champ!”
