“They are amazing rented from them quite a while. The maintenance man on the other hand is horrible. While we were moving out he threatened to come in our storage unit and looked in it , to see what he said " to see what your gonna leave behind for me to clean" I told the office if he would've stepped one foot in my storage unit police would've been called. But really don't let him ruin your experience they are a great place for your storage needs. I'd go back.”

“I had used Two men and a truck to place my household goods in storage. The lead at that time was Cody. He did a fantastic job. when It was time to move from storage to the new hme I called two men and a truck and asked for Cody. Cody did a great job. His two associates Trey and DeAmanti did excellent also. Respectful and carefull with my stuff. they bumped a door jamb or two but owned up to it. I was pleasantly surprised when the company did a follow-up call to see how it went. I told them good, had a few dings but nothing terrible. They said lets make a claim and we will get a painter out to touch things up. The painter visited, has made a plan. Great experience”
“Victor has been wonderful to work with in having my needs for storage handled and has been helping me arrange for finding a truck to move my goods cross country when the day comes.
Facility is secure and monitored by cameras, they work with you in regard to payments and finding larger units when needed.”

“Pretty standard storage unit company,. The only thing I would suggest, or that I would like personally, is the access codes to the main gate. There are some (not using names) that to get in, it's your unit and the last 4 of your phone number. I would add anyone I give permission to enter, would be put on the list, the last 4bof their phone number told me who was there, time and all, in case anything came up missing.”

“I first rented a unit from this location in 2016..ending renting 2019. Kim has gone above and beyond the requirements of her job title. Stephen worked Evenwith us from time to time when we had questions. after having to come to a settlement Kim has been more than helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing storage.”
“This place was VERY unprofessional. The manager that had her 1 year old child at work with her on the job was extremely rude. She would not even ask me questions or try to see what the mix up was with her employee that was doing the paper work. They tried to act like I wanted to rent a truck for theee days for $600 and then turn around and come right back. Moving a one way truck from Michigan to West Virginia for work permently. This place needs to be checked out the manager isn’t running this place professional and is not very good with talking to customers. I hope they get someone to come and see how these people are ruining U-Haul image I will not recommend this place to anyone. SAVE your self the head ache.”
“This is a good place to store your stuff, they work with you. I had transfer to a smaller unit due to lack of funds and didn’t need big unit anymore and they easily transferred me within 20 mins with the online chat, I deff recommend here. Had no issues with break ins or damaged stuff. Smooth process, and easy gate access.”
“Kyle Butz was awesome! I had such a stressful morning! He got us a truck and storage unit fast and was super nice and funny! I asked him if he’s unload all of our stuff for us he told me “we’re called U-Haul for a reason” I said dang that’s a good one! Kyle has jokes!”
