“It has been very convenient I love the area,but I don't like the small pencil belcony stick's holding the belcony.

It makes the foundation looks very bad and the entrance sign would have a better view if it wasn't leaning.

“It’s a great place to live, I have been here for a little over a year. The heat, water, AC works just fine in my apartment. I’ve NEVER seen any bugs in my apartment either. It’s easy to maintain as well.
You’ll be safe here, they take safety seriously.”

“I have been here a few months and overall have good things to say about the complex. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Apartments are well soundproofed and I have never heard my neighbors (granted I chose a top floor unit so nobody would be walking overhead). The leasing staff are helpful and repairs are completed quickly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and clean. The location is nice and a reasonably short walk from downtown Plymouth and a short drive from just about anything you might need. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.My main issue is something that the apartment complex has no control over but should be considered when looking at this place... there are train tracks nearby and CONSTANT train horns can be heard at all hours of the day and night, loud enough to wake you up (even with windows closed). The units are also priced aggressively high but not completely unreasonable for the amenities, market, and location. The gym has limited equipment and there is no pool.”

“My experience with the team and staff at Franklin River Apt was warm felt and professional. Katie was very nice in move in process, probably if I didn't come across her professionalism, I would have went somewhere else. Actually I went to other apartments in the area, and they could care

“Okay it’s about time I write a review and I usually never do, I lived at town court from 2020 to 2023. It was the best place I could have ever imagined to be my first time being on my own. I had to move out for a year due to job relocation, but once my job was done, all I could think about was wanting to move back to town court. I came back to live here 2025, and so far it’s still as great as I remember it. Comparing town court to all other places, it’s truly a gem. It’s quiet, clean, spacious, the maintenance team is on top of it. The office is wonderful especially Trish. No one asked me to write a review and there is no true reason why I’m here typing this except for the fact that no matter where I go, town court carries my best memories and the most comfortable life style. It’s secure, definitely can be hard to find for guests and deliveries but to be honest, I think I like that better lol. Amenity wise, I absolutely love the style, I wouldn’t say the pool is my favorite but it’s never been a thing I use so I don’t really care about it, the gym may be a bit small but it has everything you may need for a quick workout. I mainly adore the units themselves and the team that keeps this place afloat. I never had a bad thing to say about town court. If you’re thinking about moving here I recommend 100%. No place you go to will be perfect, you will always find a thing or two you may not like. But I’ve been in the apartment industry quite a while, I’ll always come back here looking for a place when I need one. Thank you town court for all that you do.”

“I have lived here at Hines for well over a year, and it was the best choice I could have made. The apartments are very affordable, well structured, and very easy to personally maintain. Complimented with neighbors who are very respectful and comfortable to be in community with. This complex (especially the staff within the leasing office, and who maintain the buildings) has been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me ever since residing here. With this being my first apartment I was admittedly naive to a lot of things in regards to living in one, but any questions or concerns I have ever had were answered earnestly and honestly (and I usually have a lot of them). Even with new faces over the months they have only proved to be a welcome edition. Just a few weeks ago Faye out front helped me to figure out how I should go about the new year within the complex, and couldn’t have been more of a help. I can’t thank everyone at Hines enough, but I also cannot recommend a more quality place to live.”

“The Ascent is a quiet and clean apartment complex. My apartment itself was really nice- in particular, the updated kitchen and bathroom felt fancy. The complex is well-maintained and I never had any issues with things like snow removal. Valet Living comes and picks up trash from your door 5 days a week. No problems with things like paying rent, getting the security deposit back, etc. They also offer yearly carpet cleaning after you renew your lease, which was really nice.

When I first moved to my apartment in 2022, the management was very responsive and quickly handled maintenance problems. Maintenance got less responsive when management changed. For example, there were a couple times when my shower faucet would break and I waited 3-5 days before anyone came out to fix it.

As of fall 2025 (when I left), maintenance would often mark work orders as completed when nobody had actually come out to even look at the problem. The AC was broken in the gym all summer, so it was often as warm as 80 degrees in there during the day. I discussed this with other gym-goers who said they were also reporting it to no avail, but the staff tried to tell me that the problem had been fixed and that I was the only person reporting it. This was really frustrating!
Overall, I had a positive experience living at The Ascent, but it was always a struggle when something needed to be repaired.”

“Super awesome place to live in, especially as a student. The apartment looks beautiful, the interior is great, and the gym has free weights! The best part, however, is the staff. They are incredibly easy to contact and are always a text or call away. Two folks in particular--Alexxis Locke and Angelo Johnson--go above and beyond. I locked myself out of my apartment on a weekend, and they had someone down here and ready to let me back in within minutes. Anytime I have a problem or something to discuss, I go down and chat with Alexxis. Fantastic employee who deserves every raise and promotion in the book!”

“I love my place for many reasons. location and near family and friends. It's quiet and peaceful. My concern and frustration comes with how long it's takes to follow up with repairs. Sometimes I have to keep following up and if down it might not get down. For most repairs when maintenance come they always do good job. It's not their fault. I think they don't have enough maintenance people.”

“When my cousin moved into her apartment, she received a brand new stove and shortly after that, she received a brand new dishwasher.Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly (one or two days after being reported).Since this is an older building, the walls are sturdy and practical soundproof.”

“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

In terms of apartment improvements, Could benefit with some light posts to see at night if walking as well as some sidewalks. Maintenance took some time to get my move in fixes. nd some small things here and there I can live with.
