They don't try to sell you anything they supply everything a cell phone owner would need at extremely discounted prices. This door has 2 of the most friendly men I've ever met and they were so helpful in teaching me a few things I didn't know I highly suggest the store I know I'll be sending every one I know. I wanted Verizon because that’s the only one that works consistently in the area. He got me on a plan for $40/month unlimited. Very happy will stop by again. Nash?is?the?goat?. He was so nice and helpful. Helped me figure out how to download my info and safely transfer it over to a new phone. Also helped me break into my old pos phone (already broken) to get the Sim card for my new services out and into a new phone he helped me pick out. He even assisted in getting my old phone working enough so that I could access the apps if needed. Great deal on the phone. Did I mention that I use a different service and he still helped me ?!? I'll be back in 3 months when this service plan I have is done just because Nash was so cool about my dumbass mistake and helpful. I was having such a shit day all around, and it really helped my faith in the universe. Thanks, Nash!”

My husband and I were in the middle of having new fiber installed when a third-party company, who we thought were directly with AT&T came to our door and convinced us to upgrade our phones and transfer our service from Verizon to AT&T. Unfortunately, we later found out they were not directly with AT&T, and what we had been promised did not align with reality. We were facing an extremely high bill and a very stressful situation.
That’s when Kaitlin stepped in.
She went above and beyond to review everything, explain our options clearly, and fix the mess that had been created. She was honest, transparent, and incredibly thorough.
