“Friendly service here.But no one can see that!Comerica needs to spend some more money on building renovations and less on so-called touchless customer service technology. Customers want in-person service through a window, not a video camera. Where are your windows? Your bank has lost its vision. You cannot see out your windows like you used to, and now your customers cannot see in your windows when you serve them, so, they no longer trust you. Are you losing customers? Restore your beautiful buildings as they were when they were built and you will have increased customer trust and they will refer other customers. This is a great bank!
