“Only reason for the 4 star is because I assumed there would be a car for me on Friday and there wasn't one until Saturday. Then On Saturday there was only 3 SUV for $450 plus deposit. Assumed they would only be the $400 as advertised. I was not happy about that. Other then that, I'm just awating my deposit by the end of the day as I just returned the SUV at 2:00”

“What they lack in inventory, they make up for customer service. I can’t even hold the inventory issue against them, as it seems at the time I was trying to rent that no rental car agency had inventory.
I watched as Keegan went above and beyond for not just me, but every customer that came in. He used every resource at his disposal to give the most people the best possible outcome. He delivered 5-star customer service while being pulled in a hundred directions by agitated customers. Admittedly, I was one of the distressed customers, but he really made things right.
Honorable mention to the folks at the Troy location for bringing over a car to this location to help their colleagues and customers out.
I do have beef with Enterprise corporate because they are leaving their agents to deal with inventories online not matching what the branches have on the lot at all.
Will I rent from Enterprise again? I’m not necessarily sure, but if I do again, it will be due to the customer service provided by the agents at our local branches and NOT Enterprise corporate.”

“The staff was wonderful, we couldn't ask for more polite accommodating people. However the choice of cars was too Limited. We had to choose from a car that was quite a bit smaller than the car we're used to driving or a minivan that was bigger than the vehicle were used to driving. This was okay for my six foot husband but not so much for my 5 foot frame especially considering I am a senior citizen, one of those short baby boomers.”
“Michigan Car & Van Rental served me and my family very well! First of all, I called the day of to rent a 15 passenger van after Enterprise called and canceled the van I had booked for weeks! So I was so very grateful to find this company who was willing to accommodate!
We planned our annual family trip and 8 of us were counting on riding together comfortably to Pennsylvania in this type of transportation!
All representatives were nice and friendly and willing to help! The transit van was new and very clean with a full tank of gas! I loved the baggage space which accommodated all of our bags, as well as, coolers and items needed for our trip!
