“Only reason for the 4 star is because I assumed there would be a car for me on Friday and there wasn't one until Saturday. Then On Saturday there was only 3 SUV for $450 plus deposit. Assumed they would only be the $400 as advertised. I was not happy about that. Other then that, I'm just awating my deposit by the end of the day as I just returned the SUV at 2:00”

“What they lack in inventory, they make up for customer service. I can’t even hold the inventory issue against them, as it seems at the time I was trying to rent that no rental car agency had inventory.
I watched as Keegan went above and beyond for not just me, but every customer that came in. He used every resource at his disposal to give the most people the best possible outcome. He delivered 5-star customer service while being pulled in a hundred directions by agitated customers. Admittedly, I was one of the distressed customers, but he really made things right.
Honorable mention to the folks at the Troy location for bringing over a car to this location to help their colleagues and customers out.
I do have beef with Enterprise corporate because they are leaving their agents to deal with inventories online not matching what the branches have on the lot at all.
Will I rent from Enterprise again? I’m not necessarily sure, but if I do again, it will be due to the customer service provided by the agents at our local branches and NOT Enterprise corporate.”

It's already been a stressful period due to a bad family car accident, then needing to rent a vehicle under a total loss situation.
The staff at Enterprise, with particular praise for McKenna, we're super helpful from the get go.
They explained the process and costs in a courteous and transparent manner, and helped find a vehicle that would be suitable for my family needs.
Both the collection and return process was quick, smooth, and efficient.

“The vehicle that I rented was a nice car. However, it was missing a gas cap door and also, the remote did not work with any functions that I needed to press buttons, because the whole side of the remote buttons were missing, So I could not automatically start the car; when I spoke with the representatives (nice people) they said they only have one key that to me is ridiculous.”

“The staff was wonderful, we couldn't ask for more polite accommodating people. However the choice of cars was too Limited. We had to choose from a car that was quite a bit smaller than the car we're used to driving or a minivan that was bigger than the vehicle were used to driving. This was okay for my six foot husband but not so much for my 5 foot frame especially considering I am a senior citizen, one of those short baby boomers.”
