Assumed they would only be the $400 as advertised. I was not happy about that. Other then that, I'm just awating my deposit by the end of the day as I just returned the SUV at 2:00”

However, it was missing a gas cap door and also, the remote did not work with any functions that I needed to press buttons, because the whole side of the remote buttons were missing, So I could not automatically start the car; when I spoke with the representatives (nice people) they said they only have one key that to me is ridiculous.”

“The NICEST, most COMPASSIONATE, GENEROUS, and AMAZING man by the name of Tommy works here at Hall & Tilch in Macomb.
I called him in a panic when the tire blew out on the Ohio Turnpike because the car was due by 6pm today. We were under 2 hours from the house when it happened at 1:30. He told me to keep him posted.
When I realized at 4pm that it wasn’t going to happen because homeboy at the tire shop in Sandusky was busy eating a sandwich, Tommy told me to call him back at 5:45 and let him know what was going on (just before he closed).
At 5:45 I called to tell him I wouldn’t be there until around 7:30 and he told me he would wait around.
I showed up an hour and a half after he was supposed to close, and yet the only words he said were, “Everything is alright. The important part is you’re safe”.
He wasn’t angry about staying over. His concern was solely on us being safe.
This man deserves to go viral for all the good reasons viral posts should.
I will ALWAYS pray for Tommy.
I pray that he receives all the blessings, kindness, and compassion that he puts out into this world.
But, PLEASE, if you ever need to rent a car - please see the kindest man who exudes humanity and bless him with your business and bless yourself by knowing you went to someone who truly deserves to win!”

“What they lack in inventory, they make up for customer service. I can’t even hold the inventory issue against them, as it seems at the time I was trying to rent that no rental car agency had inventory.
I watched as Keegan went above and beyond for not just me, but every customer that came in. He used every resource at his disposal to give the most people the best possible outcome. He delivered 5-star customer service while being pulled in a hundred directions by agitated customers. Admittedly, I was one of the distressed customers, but he really made things right.
Honorable mention to the folks at the Troy location for bringing over a car to this location to help their colleagues and customers out.
I do have beef with Enterprise corporate because they are leaving their agents to deal with inventories online not matching what the branches have on the lot at all.
Will I rent from Enterprise again? I’m not necessarily sure, but if I do again, it will be due to the customer service provided by the agents at our local branches and NOT Enterprise corporate.”
