“In addition to the dedicated staff who assist you via phone, I would also like to give a shout out to the drivers who deliver and/or exchange equipment. My concentrator was not putting out any oxygen (4 ltr) and no one showed me how to use the 12-14 hour tanks I have in case of a power outage or back-up to my concentrator. Kudos go to JIMAL! He not only swapped out the concentrators but also replaced by empty tanks. Further, he also demonstrated how to use the large oxygen tanks. He was very thoughtful, respectful and engaging while showing me the operations of the bigger tanks. All of this was able to take place within a few hours from contacting the answering service on a Sunday to when JIMAL showed up at my door. I appreciate his work. I also appreciate the work of Hart Medical. All contacts for equipment or supplies or just questions are answered in a professional manner.. Thank you for helping me to breathe better.”

“Absolutely amazing group to work with! From the initial meeting, application to delivery these folks have it all! Not only did they get me my equipment in record breaking time. But from the time you talk to your rep to the delivery person you can tell these are pros who know how to work for you. And made sure I fully understood everything I got and made sure I had all the correct contact points incase I had any issues. The delivery guy spent nearly an hour going over every in an out of what my chair can do and what o can do with it. I can't express enough how much I appreciate these guys and the life changing equipment to give me my independence back. And their attention to details is in my opinion top tier! “I was in desperate need of a 4 wheeled walker. no Binsons locations had any in stock. Called at least 10 other Durable Medical Supply company’s and none had in stock. Med Suppy had them, gave my insurance info with my Doctors. Order. Then we hit a snag. Med supply requested 2 times to get chart notes needed info, I called doctor again. Finally got word from Lana at med supply they got all information they needed and I could pick up or have delivered.I really wrote this review to praise Lana, who kept me in the loop and kept re requesting required chart notes. Management she is a gem, take good care of her. Pleasant as could be!”

“I did recovery load for JB HUNT appointment time 5am. I called they told me to come and they'll put me in a door but they don't start unloading until 630am. That's what happened I was cool with that. Got unloaded less than 30 minutes dropped trailer in their yard. Best way to get here is by taking McGraw street it will bring you to the end where the building is then take a left then right into the lot. Any other way will take you down residential streets or a low bridge.”
“Joe in the mobility department came out for my 10 am appointment yesterday got us a spare wheels for my kids chair and is working on ordering new parts!! The only disconnect was the scheduler said new parts come in within a week. That is NOT the case with Medicaid it will be a month or more but thankfully the mobility specialist fit us with temp wheels to keep my kiddo rolling around. Thanks again!!!!”
