“I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jazzmin D. at AT&T in Ferndale! From the moment I came in, she was kind, professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about AT&T’s products, services, and current promotions. I initially needed help selecting the right phone for my business, but Jazzmin took the time to understand what I actually needed and ended up helping me with so much more. She helped me choose the right business phone, switch to a faster and more cost-efficient internet service, and find a better streaming TV option—all for a fraction of what I had been paying with Xfinity. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or like I was simply being sold something. Jazzmin explained my options, answered my questions, and made sure the services I chose actually made sense for my needs and my budget. Exceptional customer service is worth recognizing, and Jazzmin absolutely deserves that recognition. She made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. AT&T has an incredible representative in Jazzmin, and I would happily recommend working with her to anyone!”

“Mo was very helpful! He helped me reduce my bill while still having me walk out with the phone I wanted. I also recommend T-Mobile home internet to anyone in the area.”

“Fahad B. was very helpful when I decided to come in and get a new phone. It was a spur of the moment decision and he was able to get me the iPhone17 pro with a decent deal trading in my old iPhone12 ensuring I also saw the breakdown of how my new monthly bill would look. He hooked me up with a deal as well on a screen protector, case and lens case. I am very happy with my new phone!”

“Best customer service experience I’ve had in a while. They go above and beyond to help their customers even if they don’t profit from them. Thanks for that ?”
