“I find it very strange. The previous review by Joan was so negative. First she said twice people said that their packages weren’t checked in or marked. I’ve been dealing with this company even at old location for eight years. I have never had a package not marked. Never lost, no problem at all. The staff is always so nice. Just picked up four packages today. I’m gonna include a few pictures. They have a great system of how they are organized. For some reason this sounds made up to me…Or maybe Joan has a “B” in her bonnet.😂”

“I really love the young folks who work here. I’m very impressed.
I once was behind a fella who had to ship a makeup bag abroad to a visitor who recently left it behind. The ups associate explained that it all needed to be recorded and it will take a while. He started getting frustrated.
I work in shipping and receiving and was gearing up to explain to the guy that it’s not her call… and it’s probably not even UPS’s call. If he wants to yell at someone, yell a customs, and btw, good luck with that!
The associate stuck to her guns but diffused the situation and never suggested it’d be done any sooner than possible.
Very poised and sophisticated workers in this store.
I should have gotten her name, but I’ve never been treated in anyway there, that wasn’t professional and kind.
AMAZON RETURN NOTE:
I’ve never been judged for multiple Amazon returns. PLUS: Whenever I’ve brought in a return and there’s no line, they’ve always motioned me to the counter to do it for me. If you’re not comfortable using the self-serve station, wait for an associate to help if there’s a line. No problem. No drama.
I love my drivers too. My supervisor and I always try to drop what we’re doing and unload them asap. For this reason our driver does everything he can to accommodate us. That’s very valuable to us as delays really screw up the workflow. Treat your ups people like gold and they’ll return the favor.”

“I habe had 2 great experiences here so far. I didn't realize the store closed at 6pm, so I made it there at around 7 minutes until closing. Instead of acting irritated, the man who was working helped me with no issues and even let me email my label for him to print out. Another time was very similar with how helpful the employee was. “I really needed to get a fax response to the IRS for the nonprofit I am associated with. Joe was very helpful and able to get the long fax through, solving my problem. I had tried at another UPS Store near my home, but the fax machine there did not seem to be fast enough to get the job through. I went to a FedEx store and an Office Depot near me and both were much more expensive, plus I had to figure out how their machines worked and try (unsuccessfully) to do it myself. Best result and service at this business!”

The entrance on the the right is a trailer parking lot. Go strait back to a large parking lot. Walk along the building to the conjunction that say ENTRANCE. If you are here before 0900. Good luck in finding anybody. You will have to back up down that alley you walked to the double sliding doors. Go into the black hole.”
“Located inside of Walgreens at the photo counter. There's usually always an employee there to help scan your package. From what I've seen you should already have your package taped, labeled and ready to go. I've been going there for years and probably have only had to wait once and it was a 5 minute wait.”

“Flew in to Detroit and picked up an industrial vacuum pump at auction, got it partially palletized and ran out of time on a Friday at around 4PM so I'm facing the added expense of staying in Detroit until shippers open on Monday. They took my item gave me a price to finish crating it and to ship it back home, I was really tired and stressed out, what a relief they took care of EVERYTHING went to the airport and came home, Item showed up professionally crated BEYOND what I expected, What a fantastic price (I really expected to pay a lot more) and service, thanks to the entire staff. They even sealed items in the crate so I didn't have to take them on my flight.”
