“Best liquor store, gas station, and convenient store in town. They have the largest selection of bourbon and scotch in town. Also, largest selection of beer, which includes craft beer, domestic beer, seltzers, non alcoholics, ready-to-drinks, and more. The white wine and red wine selection is also large with so many options. Aside from the alcohol, they have the largest selection of groceries/snacks. Their candy and potato chip selection is the best. Comes in handy for parties. They also sell tobacco/cigarettes and lottery. The customer service at this store is the best I have ever seen. So many smiling faces and people greeting you as you walk in and checkout. The personnel at this party store really care about you and go out of their way to make your experience special. Highly recommend this store for all of your needs.”

“I have been a delivery driver for over 2 years and I drive past Botello at least every 2 weeks and I get excited because that means I get to stop by and grab some food. This convince store might not look like much as you drive by, turn around and stop in it'll be worth it. The food alone is worth a quick trip.”

“Nice people. They've helped me out when Walgreens can't seem to do an antibiotic until the next day. Recently, after the second time, I switched to Walgreens: better hours and they will do whatever needed to get me my prescription the same day (bc it's not something that should wait until sometime the next day! ). Plus, they have a drive- thru - just had for surgery, so I was grateful not to have to go in thru the snow.”

“The staff here is VERY friendly. The car wash is part of the gas station, so you can add the wash to your fuel or just buy a wash. There's isn't always an attendant to help you pull in, but there's a mirror to guide you. It's a good wash - NOT a touchless car wash, which I prefer. It's a quick wash and I've never had a bad experience.
The track wasn't totally happy with my snow tires, though.”
“I was checking out when I realized I'd lost my card. I had several items but obviously couldn't pay. Paige was the young lady who closed the register while she helped me look. When we came to the conclusion that the card was not to be found, she stepped up and told me that she had it! She paid for my items! She insisted! I'll be back with flowers!! There is so much good in some people!! Thanks Paige!”

“Great place to stop and get some snacks, they have a great selection of energy drinks, candy, chips, water, soda, and not to mention the speedy rewards deals, if you have speedy rewards you can get a dollar slurpee, a deal on gas, the 5 dollar meal deal and many other things. The staff are great too, they treat you with respect and do their jobs well. The inside is also always clean. Overall this is a great speedway location.”

“So the main/ and only reason they deserve the five stars is because of Mike, Jo, And Morgan. They are amazing employees. They have always tried to go above and beyond for people. Not just me. I Have nothing but great things to say about them. BUT the new manager Patsy on the other hand is something else. She basically called me a theif and a liar. When I had permission to do things a certain way. She has been going around town and talking about me and my situation. She has no customer service skills t all. She was very loud when she said "oh there's the infamous cup". Implying that I had lied. Told my sister when she was alone and said what I did was theft. So broadcasting things to other people who are not involved in the situation. Getting angry about people coming with dirty boots. It is crazy she that she is a representative of that store and her employees. She needs better customer service training. My business is mine not everyone else's. So please be careful or she will do the same to you. Imply you a thief and a liar. Even though she had five people tell her the same thing.”
