“I'm probably as mad about tools as men are. And when you're looking for a tool, you do your homework. I'm not going to say everything they sell is going to be the tool you drop in your cart...you gotta do your homework. However, I've bought a lot of things from Harbor Freight, drill press, couple hand drills, bench grinders, couple vises and sure I'll be back looking. Just do your research and buy smart. Good prices, the store I go to assistance is helpful and friendly. They have a membership card that you can get to save even more. Check 'em out!”

“They didn't gave the shovel I was looking for, so Amy went above and beyond anyone I've ever had the pleasure to come across with customer service. She spent the time to try and remedy the situation and was so nice the entire time. If management sees this, give her a raise and don't let her go as she's rare nowadays!”
24630 Eureka Rd, Taylor MI 48180
“I went to Ace Hardware to buy a trailer mount and ball, but I accidentally bought the wrong size pin. When I came back to exchange it, they didn't have the size I needed. The cashier actually took the pin off his own trailer hitch and gave it to me, calling it even. That's the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. We should pay more attention to and support local mom-and-pop stores like this”

“Trager I've used everything to smoke from the egg to the electric or super basic charcoal grill. This have ben fun. Im using a lot more wood pellets compared to woodchips. So take that into thought before u get one. I spe t about 40 on pellets already this summer. Which is about 10 times more then I've ever spent. Lol but a big fan is has a fan so chicken skin gets crunchy. which was an unexpected bonus.”

“I am beyond impressed with Saw and Specialty Corporation (SawSpec) in Romulus. I'm a hobbyist woodworker and noticed that my Ridge Carbide and Festool blades weren't cutting as well as they used to. I could pay to ship them off and lose them for weeks, but I decided to keep it local, and I'm so happy I did. I got my blades back in less than one week for way cheaper. Their customer service is incredible (Odette is amazing), and my blades look brand new.”

“Superior customer service provided by individuals like Dianna Riley and Jessica Benatti, kitchen specialists, at Lowe’s Frenchtown are the reason I exclusively use Lowe’s. Dianna designed my kitchen twice over 20 yrs and both Dianna and Jessica were instrumental when I needed a replacement door front via my lifetime warranty on the cabinets. Product quality is important however excellent service is what makes loyal customers.”

“Great store always friendly helpful people. My comments are about ground works half gallon sprayers . Everyone I purchase this year have had a small pin hole in the bottom . It will work for about a week or two, then start leaking. Can't afford to take another chance of trying another one. Only used soap and water in it to kill wasp with. Here is a update on my half gallon sprayers. After using 4 sprayers this year, everyone of them leaked on the same seam. I tried to reach out to ground works about my problem, but no answer yet after 4 weeks. Looking for a new company to deal with as far as buying a sprayer.”

“This Home Depot location is consistently top notch. The store is always clean, and remarkably well-stocked, even in the high demand aisles like lumber (shout out to Mark) and hardware. The staff here is incredibly friendly and actually goes out of their way to help you find what you need rather than just pointing toward a sign. I also really appreciate how secure and well-maintained the parking area is. Definitely my go to spot for any project.”
