They have a large selection of accessories and phones as well and won't give you the run around with price of they say it's 10.00 bucks for instance then it's 10.00 without tax with is honest and upfront. No hidden fees is what I am getting at.”

“I called GameStop and waited on hold for several minutes before a recording told me to try again later and hung up on me. Three times!I called Disc Replay and someone answered the phone almost immediately. The man who picked up the phone patiently answered all of my questions and they had the item I was looking for- it was actually priced a little less than on Amazon. I called again today at around 3:45 (what I imagine is probably a busier time on a Sunday) and again I was helped immediately and the man who answered was knowledgeable and helpful.Maybe the people at GameStop are great, but I'll never know because if I can go to Disc Replay, I will.”

“Would've been five+stars but we have to wait for the phones. I'm happy with the service we got so far. Mo from the Burton Metro store helped us in Burton. He was helpful and honest, upfront and knowledgeable about his job. I feel he got me the best deal possible. As of today We are ever so thankful and grateful. We hope everything works out and there are no hidden fees or things we weren't told about. We are happy with everything as long as what was promised comes through. Overall we would highly recommend Mo from Metro !!”
“In January we were looking to cut the cable, so to speak, and eliminate our costly satellite TV service with a rooftop OTA antenna. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy; only 2 days from call to installation. The installer recommended a Winegard Elite 7550 antenna. Installation was neat and clean - he was able to connect to the existing coax for our pay satellite service which minimized mess and disruption, and gave us antenna connection to both of our TV sets. The antenna works great - over 70 OTA channels - including all the networks I wanted like H&I, MeTV, and Comet. I don't miss Satellite at all, and have already saved hundreds of dollars since install. Only disadvantage - they don't carry any type of OTA DVR - I since purchased a Channel Master OTA DVR which works great.”
