“I took advantage of utilizing their estate planning feature for members and was able to do my own Trust, Power of Attorney, Personal & other legal documents included within the Will & Trust easily online. Their deeply discounted fee as well as free ongoing phone support was super convenient. Their fee for amending it in the future after the initial 6 months is discounted as well. This location was great-I went in after all was printed & they notarized ALL my documents for free as well as providing witness signatures. They even sent us home with a PFCU water bottle. Jennifer Bellows was patient, efficient & kind. What a wonderful service to provide for members. Everyone should take advantage of this!”
“Great credit union, the online banking structure could greatly be improved and some of the companies they work with are garbage but Elga is good. As a warning never buy anything they offer from truestage. It will literally be a waste of money, and you will need to hire lawyers if a time comes up that you need to use the insurance for say ripping your spinal cord as an example. Even tho you’ve made all the payments and filed your claim and jumped through hoops with your messed up spine you will not be covered after over a year and wondering how it is even legal for a company to do so. But hey Elga is a decent place to bank otherwise.”

I received an urgent call from the bank, to come in immediately to change my info.
My 4-year-old son has special needs, and I was very anxious about going into the bank with him especially since it was Christmas Eve day.
Mike saw that I was having a challenging time and he “zoomed in” to assist me and was most accommodating. He was funny, fast, kind, and very professional. I was extremely impressed and most thankful.

“I’ve been with Genisys for years and it’s almost always smooth sailing. I just recently had an issue with a mobile deposit check being rejected. However, after speaking with a representative I was transferred to the branch manager who went well beyond what was required to help solve this issue. The issue was resolved and I’ve never been as sure about my choice in a credit union. Thank you to everyone that helped with this.”

“Calkins Road branch is always so professional and easy to work with. Its usually a quick in and out regardless of the type of transactions. Loans are always processed quickly and smoothly. Holly Road branch is always understaffed. Employees are courteous and I try to be patient, its not their fault. There's usually unnecessary waits. I try to avoid Holly Road branch at all costs, but its right on my way home from work.”
