While work on the account was processed, we had brief conversations over a best short term investment offering. And other casual conversation as well. All rather pleasant, truth be told. Likely not the kind of treatment one would expect from mega-national bank of modern day.”

“I don't know why others are so negative about Financial Plus Credit Union. I have never had a problem with them. I live in Central Florida now that I moved here in 2009. I do most of my banking via computer, rarely telephone. They have served me well over the years. Always friendly staff. Last year, while on vacation near Flint, I lost my wallet. 1st time that I can remember. I called them, and with no ID whatsoever, they told me to come in. I did, it took me less than 20 minutes to get a working debit card. I was also scammed at least twice in the last 18 months....on my debit card. They took care of it over the phone. I had to wait about 4 days to get a new card, but that was a minor inconvenience. I love Financial Plus!”
