“I love the fact that I can order what I want online and pick it up at the store. It saves me from showing up only to find that either they don't carry the item or they just sold the last one. Or, worse yet, having to wander through the store trying to find things. Their online system is a big time saver.”

“Just bought a house in the area. Plumping needed some fixing up and was looking for a hardware store. They were closed so I went to home depot. They didn't have what I wanted / needed so I cobbled something together only to have it fail. Next morning I walked in and was warmly greeted. I explained my problems, they found what I needed and I was out the door real quick. Went back a few days later for something else. Awesome place.”

“I woke up to no power this morning and water in my basement (again!). I needed supplies quickly and the entire city of Vassar was without power. However, the Vassar Building Center, Inc. was open and I was met with a smile and a warm greeting. Josh took me to the supplies I needed and then I was rung up. In and out quickly and felt like my urgent issue was their top priority. I cannot recommend giving them as much of your business as you can. One of the best businesses I have ever known, with the BEST staff to help everyone who walks in their doors. Thank you Mike and everyone else. I’m always grateful for you and your team!”

“Although this store is twice as far from home as the one in Clio (48420), the Frankenmuth store is my preference! The employees there act like the customer is valuable, as opposed to the Clio store, in Clio you can't get even a grunt of acknowledgement, let alone the poor service!The reason for the 4 stars for Frankenmuth is because of the design of the store! Trying to find stuff there really bites!!!Bill”
