“Unloading was smooth, and the unloaders were very pleasant. When delivering at this facility, please enter behind the building on Superior St off W. Michigan Ave. Call the number on Google Maps advising you are here. This will save you a lot of time. If you are pulling a Conestoga, please be mindful of all the low branches throughout your final three miles to this facility. They don't have overnight parking, but I stayed at a shopping center two miles away.”

“Rod at Carter Lumber was wonderful! He ensured that my newly built home had the siding redone, due to a defect in the product. He was constantly in touch to keep me updated as to where in the process we were. I so appreciate his work ethic and helpfulness. The guys who came out to put up the new siding were wonderful as well. They worked for 3 days straight (full days) to get the job done. My new home looks amazing. Thank you so much.”

“7.30.26 - As a female, i don't always feel super comfortable in hardware store type environments so seeing so many women working impressed me right away. The kind paint department worker could tell i was confused and came to help me. I was so grateful she could answer all my questions and get my exactly what I need. I was able to shop while she got my paint made. The employee working the checkouts was not only wonderful to chat with, she scanned all my items and bagged them for me, which is rare these days! Easily the best Home Depot I've been to. Would come out of my way to shop here again.”

“Saginaw, Michigan. Our purchase and installation of a new GE clothes dryer could not have been better. We researched models and decided what we wanted before going into the store. In the store Don H was extremely helpful and also encouraged us to take advantage of the benefits of opening a Lowe’s credit card. Delivery and installation by Jaylen and Alex was fast, courteous and efficient. Most amazing was that i received continuous texts regarding our purchase and delivery. This communication was second to none. We are seniors and need businesses with service like this to keep our lives economical and stress free.”
