“Bought a vanity and countertop last month. The countertop had a weird yellow tint to it and was warped, and the only one they had left was a display which was also a little bit warped. The sales people and the manager were extremely nice, understanding and helpful in the matter and definitely made it right in my opinion. Hopefully we can get this new countertop installed correctly! Thanks so much.”
“This business appears to be focused on high end, quality builders. With whom they appear to have a strong and loyal customer base. They do carry quality products and appear to stay in that lane. I would much rather buy here than say Menards.
This is a long established business, and in many ways feels like it. They appear to stick with the tried-and-true. So I found I had to look elsewhere for the more customized and unique products for my home. (I got my custom ProVia front door from Markin co. And my unusual & high quality siding from Richards - both of these companies were willing to spend the time with an individual home owner to select custom products)
Does not feel like a lot of innovation, or depth of knowledge regarding their product lines or specialty options available. But then they appear to be very busy with their builder customers so what they do must work for them.”
“Since moving to Michigan this past summer, I have made many trips to the Muskegon HB and have always found the store to be clean, well stocked and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Much better experience than other stores I have visited.”
“Never had an issue here. Sometimes it can be hard locating an employee, but little bit of looking and they help right away. Not like they can have a worker in every aisle. I did buy a picnic table from them, and it was missing parts and a piece was damaged. Not their fault, it was prepackaged from whoever supplies them. But they were quick to help me return in. It was their last one, but helped me looked at alternatives in-stock and also what the other nearby stores had. Always friendly people when I have to deal with them.”
“My husband and I were wandering around Home Depot mumbling to ourselves and looking perplexed. NAT, an employee of Home Depot stopped and asked if he could help. We explained our need to repair pilings on a deck. He listened carefully then spent time looking for solutions on the internet and helping us consider various options. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nat wrote down the information for us and wished us well. We appreciate Nat's intelligence and great customer service.”

“When the last Hometown hardware stores available around my area. Best thing about bulmas is is the family business environment, every time I go in there I'm treated like a friend they're not looking to sell you what you don't need their looking to figure out what you need and tell you what they have that will make sure it's a fix. All in all bolama's is my favorite hardware store which is saying something since I have a little bit of a hardware obsession.”

“My boys favorite place to visit, I've been going to this place for years and have developed a friendship with the store manager Mike. He is extremely professional and always takes care of any situation or product I need. Now to talk about everyone else, the girls who work the front desk when you come in are extremely polite and respectful. They know my boy and always give him treats, he loves that!
Been farming since I could walk, they have a lot to offer here which most of us know. However the customer support here is a lot different. Good people all around”
