“Bought a vanity and countertop last month. The countertop had a weird yellow tint to it and was warped, and the only one they had left was a display which was also a little bit warped. The sales people and the manager were extremely nice, understanding and helpful in the matter and definitely made it right in my opinion. Hopefully we can get this new countertop installed correctly! “Never had an issue here. Sometimes it can be hard locating an employee, but little bit of looking and they help right away. Not like they can have a worker in every aisle. I did buy a picnic table from them, and it was missing parts and a piece was damaged. Not their fault, it was prepackaged from whoever supplies them. But they were quick to help me return in. It was their last one, but helped me looked at alternatives in-stock and also what the other nearby stores had. Always friendly people when I have to deal with them.”

“The front clerk directed me to the right aisle. Then another sales associate, who was standing by that aisle, accompanied me to the product I was searching for and helped me decide which items to purchase.
Then when looking for something else by the front, that clerk again was very helpful and helped me find what would best fit my needs. Impressive!”
