“They did a fantastic job on my car. Had the struts and sway bars replaced. After getting the repair done my car started making noises a few days later. Brought it back and it turned out to be a faulty sway bar link. Ack was very honest about what happened. The staff fixed it quickly and free of charge, Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for good auto repair at a fair price. Thanks again guys!”

“I cannot put into words how much I appreciate this shop! Not only are they fair, fast and knowledgeable, but I trust them with my teenagers! When my son or daughter have trouble with their vehicles, he explains to them the importance of knowing certain things about their vehicles and how best to explain the possible issues. I have never met a more honest mechanic shop and for that we give all of our auto work to them! With the car prices the way they are, my husband and teens drive older model cars and this shop is always helpful,knowledgeable and fairly priced to keep them on the road!!!”

“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”

“I had low refrigerant and a failing AC compressor on my Subaru, Ahmad was able to recover the system to let me swap components out as needed. The next day I went back to have the system vacuumed down and recharged, my car is back to blowing ice cold. Much appreciated flexibility and professional service in this hot weather!”

“I've had two experiences: upstream and downstream O2 sensors. The upstream sensor trquired re-tapping the threads because a different shop had cross threaded the port. I waited for them to do the work and it was completed in a reasonable period of time at a very fair cost. BTW, I drive more than 20 miles (one-way) to get there and it's worth the effort.”

“A lot of places won't check the fluids or the tires even when I ask them to. This place definitely did and they were wonderful and friendly and fast. They were honest with me and didn't try to rip me off. They also said that with my full synthetic oil change halfway in between when my oil change is due, I can come in for a free top off!”

So much for recommending to me to not only fix the screeching brakes sounds I was experiencing after not to recently financing a vehicle from a neighboring estsblishment but to also change the tires on the 2020 Hyundai Elantra, that eventually resulted in T bone collision on December 04 th 2025 in Garden City MI on Ford Rd by a eighty year old person who was cited, my vehicle totaled, and know serious injuries thanks too the upgrade of service that helped prevent a unexpected tragic vehicle collision that allowed me enough visual timing, and braking at recommended posted speeds.”
