“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”

“I’ve known Tom for 25 years, let me try too clarify the whole call first with the part you need. He DOES DO THAT and it’s because the space you buy your parts is very compact! It’s not a big warehouse you can window shop at folks. There’s really only enough room for 1 possibly 2 people at a time!!! You wanna go fast? He’s got what you need!!! You break a go fast part? He has more!!! His prices are very compatible with any other speed shops around. I CANT BELIEVE ALL THE HATE!!!! CHECK IT OUT YOURSELF NEXT TIME YOU WANT OR NEED SOME GO FAST PARTS! “I stopped by Auto One Glass today, August 25, 2026, because I was concerned about what appeared to be scratches on the driver’s-side window of my brand-new vehicle. One of the employees took the time to come outside and inspect the window for me and determined that there was no actual damage.
Even though I didn’t need any work done, I really appreciated the time he took to look at it and, most importantly, his honesty. He didn’t try to sell me a service or repair that I didn’t need.
