“Once off the shuttle, I walked in the Alamo Rental Office, told them I get to "skip the line", and my car was brought to me within a minute. “I had a great experience here! Rob was the person who helped me pick out a car—since I’m 5 ft tall, I was looking for something I would feel comfortable driving while my vehicle was in the repair shop. He was patient and very helpful. The car was very clean and rode beautifully. Colleen called me to let me know how many days insurance would cover the car and gave me an update about when I had to return it. When insurance extended the return date, she gave me another call to let me know and I really appreciated her keeping me updated. Mohammed helped with the return and he was very kind and efficient and arranged for a drop off.Overall, would highly recommend this branch! They’re busy but super helpful!”

Both were for rentals after an accident: First time was with my Mom, and Janeá was the lady that helped us, and she was nice, professional and understanding about our situation. Second time was with Joe, and that was by myself. Joe helped me find the rental that fit my needs, but also was able to adjust the payment, because it was my first time, and I had not picked the correct budget. I recommend this location for sure!”

“I was dropped off an hour earlier and expected to wait for my car. Staff processed my electronic paperwork and I was off in my rental car in 20 minutes. Great upgraded full sized car too. Very gas efficient. When I returned the car, staff was friendly and quick to check it out. Great car for a couple of days and great experience. Btw, I took pictures of the car before and after.. just in case an issue came up. No problems though. I have rented from this location before and they are 4/4 great.”

“The customer service we received from Khaalidah was amazing. She was kind and patient. She let my father call our Canadian Visa bank to figure out an issue with our card, took probably fifteen minutes. She laughed at our cheesy jokes, even complimented some of them. She was truly a joy at the desk to help us. We were also confused about extra fees as we reserved for over $300 on wiseguys, to be hit with a $700 charge ($200 deposit) to which we still do not understand. She was very kind and just explained the fees to the best of her knowledge, as she is not responsible for the way they charge. I personally would recommend the service, but not the cost ? thanks again Khaalidah for the great start to visiting Detroit for the first time.”

“I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because it absolutely deserves it. My fiancé and I came here because Nyla at the Wayne location off of Michigan Ave treated us so badly. Thank goodness we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michele Crissman. I can honestly see why she is the Assistant Branch Manager at this location. She went above and beyond to provide phenomenal customer service. Not only did she accommodate us, but she showed empathy and had compassion for our situation. I cannot stress enough how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Michele. In my opinion, she deserves a raise, a promotion, and a plaque on the wall for being the most dedicated employee. Enterprise needs to recognize how much of an asset she truly is to this company.This location is spacious, always clean, smells nice, has lots of vehicles in their inventory, offers plenty of parking, and will go the distance to make sure you’re 100% happy with your rental.Just know that this specific location does not accept cash as a form of payment when you turn in your rental.If I ever need a rental in the future for any reason whatsoever, I will most definitely come back to this location.
