“After switching from a very old flip phone to a smart phone, I came to this boost store. The service and treatment I received was almost to good to be true. My flip phone was to old and could only transfer one contact at a time. I had over 100 contacts and manually transferring seemed daunting so I gave up and was gonna start from scratch. When the manager of the store, Jason, found out about me losing my contacts and learning that I'm new to smart phones. He reached out to me and let me know he will make sure my contacts get transferred even of he had to do it manually himself. I had already left and with the virus going around I try not to get out much. Jason and his staff made it their priority to make sure I was taken care off, he came to me and picked up the new and old phone and took care of everything without me leaving home. He even helped me and my husband learn about smartphones and a little bit about how to use them. He made me a Gmail account to be able to get apps and use internet better. My husband and i travel alot and we have never received such good care from a retail store. My husband was astonished and for the first time ever he seemed interested in getting a cell phone.
