“Just came in for the first time looking to start collecting Pokémon cards with my siblings as a new hobby! Didn't know what to expect, but did some research before hand on some packs we were interested in. We came in and left here with such good vibes! Diego was super kind, shared his thoughts, and helped my little sister and I choose our first booster packs together! We bought a Scarlet & Violet 151 Booster Bundle (great pricing, lower rates when comparing to online competitors). Out of the two booster bundles that were in stock in the glass cabinet at the store, we let Diego decide which one to bring home with us. We opened up the booster packs as soon as we got home and pulled a Bulbasaur #166!! Could not express our excitement. We will definitely be back and have this be our go to place in continuing our collection. THANK YOU DIEGO!”

“Mo at the Grandville location was amazing!!! He was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and a great multitasker. We came in for a reactivation and we were kind of on a time crunch. Mo welcomed us and got us checked in as soon as we entered the building. When it was our turn he listened to what we were there for and provided excellent service. 10 out of 10 for Mo and his team!! No customer were left unattended and they did check-ins with all the customers not being serviced yet. If you want to experience exceptional customer service then this is the place to go!”
“Would definitely recommend this location and service to someone. Since switching I noticed a difference in service within a couple days with places I go. The employees there are super friendly and kind. Joe the manager (I believe) was super nice and super patient with us, he not only helped us get the best deal possible. He had also made sure we had some protection for our new phones with not Warranties but phone cases as well. It's understood walking into a store such as this one you're expected to be there for a couple of hours but the crew that was there made for great conversation. All in all great customer service funny people, be kind to them they're just doing their job <3”

I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.

“Team is friendly, keep a well-organized store, and are very helpful whenever you have questions. I recently was quoted a better price by another store on a PS5, and they honored that quote, even though the other person was wrong. Never had a poor experience at this location, other than them occasionally being closed due to being short-staffed.”

“Came in needing to shorten my coaxial cable, and put a new end on it, Dan fixed me up, very helpful in identifying that it was good quality and worth using. He charged me a slight fee for the new end. I needed a quality surge protector and he fixed me up with the right on for my t.v. and electronics. They have reasonable prices and carry good quality home entertainment products/systems. Buy local!”

“I'm very much harsh winter my Sales agent saved me time by patiently taking my info and assuredly walked me thru the steps of providing me with the item I purchased with all the features I requested. Furthermore told me I could pay for the item on my phone just like he said walla and all I needed to go was go to the front desk show the purchase transaction with confirmation and pick up the item.”

“Had several phones swapped do to kid breaking them never had problems till now over charging for phone swap. Charging for deactivating phone number to reactivate phone number on top of the normal swap charge other stores charge $25 for the swap and $10 for a sim card if needed charging $20 to deactivate. Never had a deactivate fee before
