“The people of this USPS location saved our day! We had a passport application appointment at another USPS location (Kalamazoo), but they canceled our appointment without notice after we arrived. We came to this Byron Center location immediately after without an appointment. We knew it was a long shot, we explained our dilemma and asked if they could squeeze us in. And you know what? They did! They showed us grace and helped us with our applications! They could have said “No”, but they chose kindness and helpfulness! We are grateful to the folks who helped us today!”
“It's unusual to say that you enjoy going to the post office. This one is great. They have their act together in every respect. I have a P.O. Box, and each time I go in to pay my rental fee, I get red carpet treatment. The place is clean and organized. If you happen to get stuck in line for some reason, even those tend to move quickly. It's always been a good experience for me.”
“It was my first time ever visiting this location. It was very busy shortly after I arrived, so there was a little bit of a wait. Plan time aside if you have to make a trip here. The clerk with the really cool glasses was one of the KINDEST humans I have interacted with at a mailing facility.
