“I had trouble with my credit card and it took two hours to resolve. The Dollar crew at Bishop International in Flint, Michigan, not only held a car for me ,but they upgraded it for me. They had no guarantee that my card problem would get resolved, but they held on to a vehicle for me anyway.

“Grand Blanc enterprise rent a car are fantastic people. My Kia sorento broke down near their location, we limped our car over, and they set us up with a 7 passenger dodge durango in no time with great service, so we wouldn’t have to delay or cancel our vacation. They allowed us to park our vehicle for the duration of our trip in their parking lot. Even now as I sit outside their closed store waiting for my very slow AAA tow truck driver to arrive, I am very happy with the service they provided me.”
