I am a loyal customer. Nick runs a very tight operation. I always get a clean, reliable vehicle.I bought a car that has recently become a money pit. I’ve had to get more rentals than ever recently due to my kids travel schedule. I’ve had a plethora of options, Mitsubishi, Volkswagen, Toyota, GMC, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, ect… I also normally pick the option where the dealer picks for me unless I need a mini van specifically. Even when I have a reliable vehicle, I’ve used enterprise for long trips just because I don’t want to put all the extra miles on my personal vehicle.”

“Have to give a shout of the Jay!!! Rented a full sized SUV with costco travel for my Bachelorette party out of state, and he hooked us up with a new 2026 GMC Yukon. Absolute beast of a vehicle.
Check in was super easy, Jay was friendly and thorough. The vehicle itself was clean, it handled so well in the mountains and was incredibly comfortable.
Dropped it off today and check out was just as seamless as check in. Once again Jay was there. He remembered us and was inquisitive about our trip. Super awesome customer service!! Alamo was accommodating all around. Highly reccomend Alamo.”

“I had trouble with my credit card and it took two hours to resolve. The Dollar crew at Bishop International in Flint, Michigan, not only held a car for me ,but they upgraded it for me. They had no guarantee that my card problem would get resolved, but they held on to a vehicle for me anyway.
