“My daughter has been going here for almost a year and a half. She loves it and we love it. We chose this company over others due to the large amount of class times offered, the better cost compared to other local gyms the same size and the fact that they have the equipment and experience to support her for years, if she chooses to stick with it. The staff is friendly and wonderful to work with and my daughter loves her coaches.”
“Paul, was nice and informative. Lots of discs to choose from both new, used and some unique ones as well. Being that I’m newer to the sport he gave me the low down on leagues and tournament play in the area.”

“I just got back from buying a new pair of running shoes. For about 5 years, I've been buying the Nike Pegasus, which have been fine, but I wanted to find something better. I explained this to Allison, and she helped me find a new pair of shoes that feel and fit better. I appreciated her expertise and professionalism amidst all of my meandering questions. Pete, the store manager, was also very friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable he was about the general 'running gear' market. He pointed me in the right direction for a very niche product I was looking for.”
