“ABOVE AND BEYOND!This Team went above and beyond the call of customer service in taking care of my needs.I bought a pair of running shoes within a week of moving to another state. After running a few times, in the other state, I determined that these were not the right shoes for me. I called and had planned to be back in Michigan but not until JUST AFTER the 30 day return window, plus THEN we decided to not go to Michigan for another couple months. "Oh no! Do I have to be stuck with these shoes which do not feel good running in them?" I made my calls. This team is diligent in making the customer happy and keeping them happy! Management over at Linden Rd had to approve it but they allowed me to just ship them back to Michigan then they shipped me the other pair (that I tried on successfully when I initially bought the now returned pair).
