“Talk about educationing. 1st off Andrew welcomed me with open arms. Looking for track shoes for my nephew, Andrew taught me how to watch for the EU sizes to avoid getting the wrong 9.5 W/M. Despite the little frustration I had, he still had the patience of a caring individual. I had my own personal dealings which was unfortunately all over my face. Andrew noticed it and STILL managed not to let me leave that store without a positive experience. Andrew you were doing your job. Thank you for your continued kindness and support.”
“Went in to check prices, didn't realize it was their summer sale. Haven't been in skies in years. Dylan was awesome and got me set back up. Been out 4 times now. Great staff and awesome selection. Definitely go here for their knowledge, friendliness and selection. Great place great people.”

“I walked in to the store and the worker named Adam came to me and I told him that I needed running shoes. He measured my feet, then gave me 4 different pairs of shoes to try on and run in. They also have a treadmill to test the shoes, which were all very comfortable shoes that I liked a lot and he gave me time to decide on which ones I liked. And then I decided on a pair and bought them. Overall great service, really nice guy and great shoes.”

“The building looks like it has seen better days and walking in I thought it was going to be very unpleasant inside. It had a nostalgic feeling to it and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. There was a mishap with one of the patriots and ice was needed. The staff gave us not one or two bags of ice but three bags after offering to pay for the ice and baggies they were using to provide relief to the individual. The young lady was very kind and understanding. The entire building was rented for a birthday party and the staff catered to the birthday kids wants and needs. I feel they were most respectful to me and my special needs son. They made us feel very welcomed and didn't hesitate to explain to us when he didn't understand something.
We played in the arcade and the laser tag and all games worked without flaws. I can not rave enough about the helpfulness of the staff. Over all it was an excellent experience and I would rent the entire building again for a group of children's birthdays. The music they played was not too loud as we did have children with autism and loud noises tend to overestimate these kiddos. They also didn't have the laser lights going. I am not sure if it was because of our children having autism or not but it was appreciated.”
“Yet again, another pleasant experience from a local shop. I have to purchase straw for my chickens and I can get twice as much for half the price here. The owners are nice and friendly. The shop is clean and easy to get to. I love Genesee county ❤”

“I ordered my children’s soccer uniforms and was notified multiple times that they were ready for pickup. I wasn’t able to get here to pick them up so I opted for delivery (after the fact). I was texting them to ask if I could have these uniforms delivered and they advised it might not get here in time for the weekend, which was alright with me as it was just easier to have them delivered. The following day they hand delivered the package to our home early in the morning to make sure my children had their uniforms for the weekend. I am just in awe of how kind and helpful they were to me for doing this. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars!”
