I called around local garages and Pitchford Automotive was the only garage to give me a starting estimate over the phone. VERY Convenient! They where able to handle all the hassle of the towing of the car to their garge and include it on my finale bill. I was informed by Tracy that they where very busy and would try to squeeze me in when they could. Tracy was very professional and kept me informed and they repaired my ball joint issue ahead of schedule. Very happy with my estimate, repair time, customer service, and my finale bill. This garage helped me out of a bad situation, very satisfied.”

“I haven’t been to this place until this morning, when my car tail lights went off. The two employees at the shop helped me identify one of the reason and I needed help with repair. They recommended me where I can get it fixed for a reasonable cost. Fortunately, the problem got fixed within an hour and half today and I wasn’t overcharged for the repair by the business they recommended it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

“I want to give a huge thank you to Steve Wolf at AutoZone in Grand Ledge, Michigan for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. From the moment I called the store, Steve was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Even over the phone, he took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I had the information I needed.
One of his co workers was was very rude and stand off ish, he his head down the whole time and grumpy look on his face, ( short and stalky white guy) sold me the wrong rotors, I then went to return the incorrect ones and I told the employee #81 or #83 it said on the receipt. That he was the one who sold me the wrong ones he said I don’t care then started cussing at the computer because it wasn’t working, he also refunded me the wrong amount I still need to go a settle this! I found this co worker of Steve’s to be very rude and needs to have a conversation with his manager or even terminated unacceptable behavior!
What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile. He didn’t just do the minimum, he made sure I felt valued as a customer and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. His positive attitude, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction are a true reflection of outstanding service.

“The manager/owner Eric is a stand up guy! Wife’s car had her muffler fall off on her way home from work. He went above and beyond and got her back on the road with a few clamps and adapters. He even installed them for her. He did all of this even though he was minutes from closing for the day. He only charged like $5 for the parts and when we offered to pay him more for his time getting under her car and putting her exhaust temporarily back together he didn’t want to accept it. It’s small town guys like him that make the world a nicer place. He even recommended a few good mechanics that would be able to provide a permanent fix to the issue. 100% recommend this man and his business!!”
