“Shannon was great, the job he did was super. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of repairs. The area where he did the body work and painting looks like nothing ever happened.”
“I am a repeat customer of Morrie's and continue to appreciate the staff! My salesman, Ben, was a delight to work with. He was very attentive to my needs and wishes and also helped me understand various functions of vehicles that I didn't understand in order to make the best selection. The financing process was also easy. Thank you!”
“I highly recommend Pitchford Automotive! I drive all the way from Grand Rapids just to have Bob and his team work on my vehicles, and it’s honestly so worth the trip.
They’ve handled all different types of service for my Ford Edge and my GMC Sierra. Every single job is done perfectly without any random extra charges or pushy upsells. Bob is the best—he explains everything so clearly and is honest about what actually needs to be fixed right now versus what can wait. Finding a mechanic you can actually trust is everything. Highly recommend!”
“Shout out to Dylen for going above and beyond while helping me troubleshoot a few issues during a headlight replacement on my truck. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, saved me both time and money, and never made me feel out of place as someone who isn’t mechanically inclined.
The fact that he provided that level of service just 10 minutes before closing says a lot about his commitment to customers. Outstanding customer service, honest advice, and a genuinely helpful attitude. Thanks again, Dylen!”
“We have been to Lyles for our body shop repair three or four times. They are absolutely awesome. We are very pleased with their body repair on the cars. Have never had a problem with quality. The staff there are so accommodating and friendly and will go out of their way to make the process go smoothly.”
“The manager/owner Eric is a stand up guy! Wife’s car had her muffler fall off on her way home from work. He went above and beyond and got her back on the road with a few clamps and adapters. He even installed them for her. He did all of this even though he was minutes from closing for the day. He only charged like $5 for the parts and when we offered to pay him more for his time getting under her car and putting her exhaust temporarily back together he didn’t want to accept it. It’s small town guys like him that make the world a nicer place. He even recommended a few good mechanics that would be able to provide a permanent fix to the issue. 100% recommend this man and his business!!”

“Brought my chainsaw here after giving up on trying to fix it myself. Even though this is a car parts store the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the issue and referred me to the proper business to get it fixed at. I cannot express how professional and knowledgeable the people here are. I would absolutely come here again and recommend them to friends.”
“Best customer service, went above and beyond to help me find a part that they didn't have in stock. Truly appreciate the extra effort the staff puts in for their customers.”
“Very friendly staff and super quick service. This was the first time I scheduled service here and I was very impressed. I highly recommend Morrie's Grand Ledge and will definitely return for future services.”
“Just bought a battery from them and they installed it for me. Both Tim M and James were very polite to me and so helpful! The entire process was way faster than I thought it would be. Both Tim and James were informative and professional. I’m glad I came to this autozone. Plus, I spent less than I thought I would which is always a plus!”
“I do business with this particular Gerber collision about once a month and they do a great job. They are thorough and professional and I have great experiences with Justina. Highly recommend.”
“I've purchased 3 vehicles here and always had a good experience. Josh is my go-to guy and he goes out of his way to help. Their service department is also great for anything from oil changes to major work. My only (minor) complaint is when I needed a windshield replaced, they outsource that service, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as the people that do it offer mobile service so they come to you. I would just prefer that be done at a dealer to guarantee original equipment.”

“My salesman, Brad Mrazik, is outstanding at his craft!
I highly recommend that you consider patronizing Sundance Chevrolet and see Brad Mrazik on your next new or used vehicle.”
