“I highly recommend Pitchford Automotive! I drive all the way from Grand Rapids just to have Bob and his team work on my vehicles, and it’s honestly so worth the trip. They’ve handled all different types of service for my Ford Edge and my GMC Sierra. Every single job is done perfectly without any random extra charges or pushy upsells. Bob is the best—he explains everything so clearly and is honest about what actually needs to be fixed right now versus what can wait. Finding a mechanic you can actually trust is everything. Highly recommend!”

“I am a repeat customer of Morrie's and continue to appreciate the staff! My salesman, Ben, was a delight to work with. He was very attentive to my needs and wishes and also helped me understand various functions of vehicles that I didn't understand in order to make the best selection. The financing process was also easy. Thank you!”

“This has by far been the best experience at a car garage for us. We were in need of getting an engine diagnoses for our 2008 Dodge Dakota due to a ticking noise. Working with David has been such a pleasant experience and we're truly grateful for it. The transparency, thoroughness, and passion to explain what's going on with the engine and vehicle in general, along with all the options we have (and what makes financial sense) has been such a nice change compared to our usual car garage experience. When we replace the engine or need any work done on any of our other cars, Ken's Automotive Center is where we'll go.”

“Very polite and honest and won't try to run out your bank account. Compared to some inner-city shops I felt more respected and there was more genuine care. I'd also like to add if he notices that something is pretty bad to the point where it could be dangerous he will let you know.”

“Jim and his father are amazing! Time and time again they help me and my family out when we are in need of towing. I would recommend Kempf's for anyone who needs towing or a lockout service.”

“I've purchased 3 vehicles here and always had a good experience. Josh is my go-to guy and he goes out of his way to help. Their service department is also great for anything from oil changes to major work. My only (minor) complaint is when I needed a windshield replaced, they outsource that service, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as the people that do it offer mobile service so they come to you. I would just prefer that be done at a dealer to guarantee original equipment.”

“Got quotes for a repair ranging from $1,500 - $2,000 from 5 different dealerships and repair shops in the area. Jay quoted me $300 and when I went to pick it up didn't charge a dime. This was months ago and the car has been working great. I have since moved but if I need work done on my car, I will be driving here for the repair.”
