“Tristin handled my emergency phone upgrade with a perfect balance of being professional and personable. Kept me informed throughout the process. Very good teacher! Thank you so much for having staff of this caliber available: especially without an appointment. I am now a Tristin fan and an even more loyal Verison customer.”

“Phoenix is an exemplary employee and should be the model for any of your storefronts. He is to be commended and if it was in my power to do so that man would be getting a raise. He is going to do nothing but bring lots of good business to your company. He handled things professionally, with exuberance, and just wanted to help. He is proud of his job and his company.”
