“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. When I stopped by to inquire about a touch up paint job on my car and how much it would set me back, I had no idea that the service I would receive would totally blow me away. Jay looked at my car and asked me a few questions, then went into the shop and returned with a buffer and some compound, wheeled out the area where the damage was and then asked me how it looked. Totally amazed by his knowledge and lack of mine, I said that looks great, how much do I owe you. He said that I owed him nothing and that he was happy that he could help. These people are honest professionals and worth checking out. Our experience may differ but I'm certain you will be pleased by stopping by and letting the guys have a look. Ron F.”
“From the original estimate until completion the process was excellent. The work on my 2023 Rivian R1S was flawless, and the repairs are undetectable. All electronics are in perfect order. Pfeiffer supplied all the proper documentation to the insurance company, and I was not required to give any additional information. The office staff and Rob, the supervisor, were always attentive and polite. I would not hesitate to have future repairs done there (but hope I don't need any!).”

“I had an outstanding experience working with Caliber. It was setup through my insurance and they made everything so simple. My repair took a little longer than initially anticipated but they made sure I had my car before the weekend so I didn't need to pay for a rental through the weekend.
My car looked great when I got it back and they had also basically detailed the interior which I was not expecting at all.

“Travis Truck & Auto Collision Inc. were recommended by my car dealership. Wes was very helpful and thoroughly answered our questions. They were able to get the car in within a week from when we made the decision to go with them and it was done in the timeframe that they said it would be. Everything looks brand new.
I had another quote from a local shop that I have used in the past and there was a $2,600 difference. ? They were quoting double the labor and stated that all of the sensors needed to be re-programmed at $800+. In checking with the car dealership, they said they wouldn't need to be reprogrammed and even if they did, it would only cost around $200 to have them do it.
All that said, that reassured me that these guys were honest and not trying to gouge us. The other company has permanently lost my business to Travis Truck and Auto Collision.”

“We’ve used this body shop for years. They always go above and beyond. They are kind, patient and helpful. I have a tendency to not always understand and to ask wierd questions and am never treated like the pain in the neck I probably am. We usually have PLPD and they are always willing to work with us to provide what we need at a price we can afford.”
