“Our business is 25 employees and growing. User easy is basically our I.T. department. They have set up licensing company email structure and repairs on Microsoft windows 11 for us. Paolo can do remotes and is VERY personable when he makes his calls on the office in the flesh! Its great to have him in person because he cleans up old stuff as he goes and sets things up how you like them VERY QUICKLY. Teresa is friendly and great at scheduling. She calls me back quickly, 95% of the time its within a few hours and she has moved things around to get us scheduled immediately with an emergency situation. Prices are fair and billing is straight forward. $95.00 minimum for diagnostic and repairs. Worth it!”
