“I've come to this location twice - a couple of months ago to sign up for their internet, and again last week to add a family member to my plan. Both visits went extremely smoothly, I was able to get what I needed quickly and with all of my questions answered thoroughly. T-Mobile as a company places a lot of restrictions on what customer reps can do in store versus what they make customers do over the phone, but these reps are very knowledgeable and can help guide you through the process. While waiting, I also watched them patiently help older customers with questions that are more technology based than phone service based, but they helped with a smile anyway. Wyatt was my most recent customer rep, and I had a 5-star experience. Thank you, Wyatt!”

“So I had quite a few issues with my phone, to the point were I was angry and anxious. My account was suspended and the website told me to pay my fee to restore which I did. Sadly it did not work. Cue to the machine eating my money. I go into this Boost Mobile location and THANK GOD I ran into Jimmy! This man not only restored my service and credited what I had already paid, but he went on to fix a long term issue I've had with my microphone, replaced a screen protector professionally and was INSANELY charismatic the entire time through. Every time I go to this location whoever the salesman is there is the one to bring me back the next time. JIMMY THANK YOU! You deserve a raise for being the best!”
